This website, northloopai.com (the "Site"), is operated by NorthLoop AI LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This policy applies to the Site only. Each of our mobile applications has its own privacy policy, which is provided in its App Store listing and inside the app itself. It does not apply to any third-party website or service you may reach from the Site.

2. NO ACCOUNT, NO COOKIES

The Site does not offer user accounts and does not ask you to register or sign in.

The Site does not set cookies of its own, and at the date of this policy it does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before any such technology is used.

3. INFORMATION YOU SEND US

Contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you enter. We use them to respond to you and, where relevant, to assess whether we can work together. Submissions are received and stored by the form service of our hosting provider and forwarded to our email.

Email. If you write to us directly, we hold your email address and the content of your message in our email system for the same purposes.

You are not required to give us any of this information. If you choose not to, we simply will not be able to respond to you.

4. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider processes the technical information that any web server needs in order to deliver a page: your IP address, the address of the page requested, the date and time of the request, and the type of browser and device you are using. This information is used to serve the Site, to keep it secure, and to detect and prevent abuse. It is held in server logs according to the provider's standard retention settings. We do not use it to identify you.

• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

• Our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries you send us and in discussing potential work, where those interests are not overridden by your rights

9. RETENTION

We keep contact-form submissions and email correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to you and to follow up on any resulting discussion, and in any case for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship follows or we are required by law to keep them longer. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard settings.

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in the United States and our service providers process information on servers located in the United States and other countries.
