4. Content Ownership & License

By submitting or generating any content in the App, you grant NorthLoop AI LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content for any business purpose, including but not limited to operating the App, training AI models, marketing, and product development.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide such content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party APIs and platforms (e.g., Replicate, Runway, Minimax, Firebase, RevenueCat). These providers may process or store your data according to their own policies.

• We are not responsible for third-party practices.

• By using the App, you consent to data handling by these providers.

We may retain information indefinitely, even after account deletion, for legitimate business and legal purposes.

The App is operated in the United States. If you use it from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and consent to U.S. jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution & Liability

• All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois.

• You waive rights to jury trials and class actions.

• Our liability is limited to the greater of $5 or the fees you paid in the last 30 days.

• We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
